iGrill Makes Tasty Tech-Enhanced Vittles
The new wireless cooking thermometer uses an iPod touch, iPhone or iPad to monitor grilled meats.

Is there anything the iPod touch, iPhone or iPad can’t do? You can cross “cook meat” off your list of potential answers.

A company named iDevices has announced the iGrill, a wireless cooking thermometer that can be used with the iPod touch, iPhone and iPad. Download the compatible app, stick the thermometer in whatever grilled dish you wish, and you can monitor your meats via Bluetooth, up to 200 feet away.

Other features include a touch interface and projection display, alarm settings, and flexible placement. The free iGrill App provides food temperature options, various viewing options, recipe browsing and sharing, timers, and much more.

Available now exclusively through the iGrill website and Apple Stores, the iGrill package comes with one iGrill probe and display, Apps, and four AA batteries. The iGrill package is priced at $99.99.
