Still clinging to that cassette collection? That’s nice, but it’s getting harder to find hardware that can actually allow you to get nostalgic.
Like vinyl, cassette has seen a recent, small surge. If you’re looking to add to that phenomenon, you can look into today’s tech deal. Electronics Expo currently has the Teac W-890R-B Double Auto-reverse Cassette Deck on sale for just $149.99. This is $199 off the list price of this cassette player, but you’re going to have to pay for the shipping.
Both of the cassette decks feature record functions, so you can record two masters at once. Of course, it’s also great for making copies. The component also has an RTZ function, repeat playback, normal and high-speed dubbing capabilities, and the option to adjust pitch and tempo during playback. It also has a microphone input, a headphone jack, and unbalanced RCA inputs and outputs.
Don’t forget that you will need to pay shipping on this purchase, which does add a little to the price. That cost could vary, depending on your location. However, it’s the cheapest that we’ve seen for this component. Better snag one before EE runs out of stock.
