With so many streaming media players available now, people seem less concerned with getting that PC content on the TV. Well, BuyDig is looking to spark a little interest, with today’s Hot Deal.
The online retailer has the Netgear Push2TV Wireless TV Link Receiver for just $33. This is 72 percent off the list price and also includes free shipping. Just know that this is the PTV1000 model, which has been replaced by the PTV2000—and probably why this one is selling so cheap.
To use the kit, you’re going to need a laptop with Intel Wireless Display Technology. If you’ve got that, Netgear’s Push2TV is easy to set up. Just plug the little adapter into your TV’s HDMI port, and you’re ready to stream Netflix, the web, photos, and more, all to the big screen.
With Roku boxes so affordable, it’s easy to see why the PTV1000 didn’t take off with a $119.99 MSRP. However, this deal just may gain a few fans, whether you’re looking to add these capabilities to the living room, bedroom, or anywhere else in the house.
There’s no word on how long BuyDig will be offering the device at the discounted price, but if you’re looking to snag one, do it soon. The retailer says that it’s currently in stock and will ship within one day of your order.
