Are you ready for some football? If not, you may be able to upgrade to an extra-large HDTV, absolutely free.
Mitsubishi will give one lucky super-fan the company’s 92-inch 3D DLP Home Cinema TV. There’s only one TV per location, but Mitsubishi will also have plenty of other AV goodies on hand as part of the giveaway.
The random drawing is part of Tailgate Tour 2011, the largest traveling fan experience in college football. This month, the company will travel with the tour, displaying the 3D DLP TV, as well as a Polk subwoofer, and active 3D glasses from XpanD.
“We’re excited to show college football fans our larger than life big screen TV experience, and what better way to show it off than with our flagship 92-inch TV,” says James Chan, Mitsubishi’s VP of marketing. “This weekend and through October, we’ll give college football fans the fully immersive, large-screen experience that has become the new standard in bringing the game to life at home.”
If you want your chance to score that giant HDTV, you’ll need to catch the tour in select cities this month. After you experience some of the 3D, snag a bracelet for a chance to win prizes in the drawing.
Tailgate Tour 2011 will be in Nebraska on Saturday, October 8 for the game against Ohio State. Other stops include October 15’s Alabama at Ole Miss, and October 22’s Wisconsin at Michigan State game.
