We get a bit of a rush from bargain shopping. Part of the thrill is that you have to be quick. Well, Buy.com has an excellent Blu-ray player deal right now, but if you blink, you may miss out on the discount.

We found the LG BD630 Network Blu-ray Player for just $87. However, the discount is only good through tomorrow, October 4, 2011. It’s one that you may want to snap up, since it’s 54 percent off the $189.99 list price. That discounted price also includes free shipping.

The BD630 does not support 3D, but can certainly provide hours of 2D fun to your AV setup. Besides full 1080p HD playback of Blu-rays, it also offers DVD upscaling, up to 1080p via the HDMI output. There’s also Dolby Digital Plus decoding, SimpLink support, and a USB port for playing back your own photos, music and video.

Also, because this player can be added to your home network, there are plenty of other entertainment options. Currently, the BD630 features instant on-screen access to Netflix, CinemaNow, VUDU and YouTube, all via the included remote. (Some subscription fees may apply.)

According to Buy.com, this item ships out from Electronic Express, so you may want to check there or Amazon, if that makes your purchase a little easier. However, you’d better do it quick! This offer is only good through tomorrow (October 4, 2011), or whenever the retailer runs out of stock.
