Hot Deal: LG 47-inch 47LM6700 1080p 3D HDTV and 6 Pairs of Glasses: $999.99
Adorama is slashing $500 off this instant 3D package from LG.

One of the complaints about 3D is that there are a lot of little pieces required to make a 3D home theater. The TV is definitely the biggest item, but you’re going to need a 3D-enabled Blu-ray player and glasses. It can really add up!

Well, Adorama wants to take some of the sting out of that purchase. The company is currently listing LG’s 47-inch 47LM6700 1080p 3D LED HDTV for just $999.99. This package comes with six pairs of 3D glasses for viewing right out of the box. Besides that freebie, this is $500 off the list price—and also includes free shipping right to your house.

New for 2012, the 47-inch 47LM6700 uses passive 3D technology. Besides promising a bright, flicker-free image, passive 3D is a little more comfortable. That’s because it uses the same type of 3D glasses that you get at the movie theater. No batteries make this option much easier on your face. Also, you can use the included glasses next time you venture out to the local Cineplex.

Other features include a 1080p 2D image, built-in WiFi, four HDMI inputs and three USB ports. This model also comes with LG’s new 3-mode Magic Remote. That makes it easy to navigate through LG’s Smart TV features, which provides on-screen access to a ton of web-based entertainment, apps, and more.

According to LogicBuy, this deal will end today, so you’d better start shopping. However, know that you will need to put the TV into your shopping cart (and create an online account) to see this TV’s discounted price.
