There’s a whole lot of goodies on the Blu-ray docket for the first week of October, including some holiday classics.

But perhaps the biggest release is actually a re-release. Disney has restored Snow White, offering the 1937 classic with a DTS Master Audio 7.1 soundtrack, a 1.37:1 aspect ratio and a full complement of BD Live features.

Snow White on Blu-ray is available at Amazon for $19.99. Amazon is also offering $8 off if you buy Snow White - Diamond Edition on Blu-ray and Tinker Bell and the Lost Treasure on either DVD or Blu-ray. Enter the code “TINKSNOW” at checkout to save the $8. Could be great for the kiddies.

Then there’s a slew of holiday classics, including A Charlie Brown Christmas, Miracle on 34th Street, How the Grinch Stole Christmas, and the Holiday Favorites Collection, a 3-pack that includes Miracle on 34th Street, Home Alone and Jingle All the Way.

The 3-pack collections are abundant this week.
