Hawking Technologies’ Hi-Gain Wireless-300N Router
Hawking Technologies is hawking its Wireless-N series routers, extenders and adapters, and you might want to swoop in and grab one.
The company says you get six times the distance of standard Wireless-G networks, along with super-quick transfer rates for all of those large media files you’ll be uploading and downloading—at up to 300 mpbs.
The newest in Hawking Tech’s bunch of Hi-Gain Wireless-N products are the Hi-Gain Wireless-300N Router for Windows and Macs and the Hi-Gain Wireless-300N Range Extender.
The Wireless-300N Router includes four wired 100-mbps Ethernet ports, a new Mac or PC Setup Wizard for easy configuration, and eliminates wireless dead spots with the greater range extension.
The Wireless-300N Range Extender doubles the operating distance of your wireless network, Hawking says, so you’ve got plenty of coverage for your larger homes or areas in your home that had limited coverage previously. It also works with most 802.11b/g/n networks and wireless access points, Hawking says, and includes an easy to follow setup wizard.
Prices on the Router and the Extender from Hawking’s online store are $89 and $109, respectively.
