Since combining forces, HAI by Leviton has been cranking out a lot of products. The latest is a new home control system, the Omni LTe.

Designed to control homes by schedule, motion detection, door openings, sunrise, sunset, alarm activation/deactivation and more, the Omni LTe can be integrated into lighting, heating and air, security, audio/video, scenes and messaging.

Another nice perk is the system’s Ethernet port, which allows the system to be controlled remotely from a PC, laptop, tablet, smartphone or even an e-Reader. Of course, those options can also be used inside the home, along with in-wall or tabletop touch screens.

“The HAI by Leviton Omni LTe provides users with a full spectrum of advanced automation for efficient and convenient home control,” explained Jay McLellan, president of HAI by Leviton. “The Omni LTe acts as the brain of automated buildings by coordinating all of the systems within a space to communicate with each other to enhance security, save money and add peace of mind.”

With the ability to control up to 32 individual lighting loads, four access control readers and up to four thermostats, the Omni LTe works with X10, UPB, Omni-Bus, ZigBee, Vizia RF Z-Wave, Clipsal C-Bus, Dynalite, Coolmaster, KNX, HAI Hi-Fi and HAI Hi-Fi 2.

The HAI by Leviton Omni LTe is available now.
