Have you ever looked under the bed? Besides monsters, there’s a ton of wasted space. Instead of devoting it to dust bunnies, Future Automation wants to fill that space with its Under Bed Lift (UBL).
The newly announced UBL promises to keep your flat screen safe and out of sight when not in use. It does those things without taking up wall or floor space. Also, you don’t need to limit the size of your bedroom TV to the size of an armoire. No mounts or cabinets are needed.
Instead, this setup stores that flat panel under the bed, and completely out of sight. That makes the TV the focal point when you want it to be—when it’s actually in use. It also does its little high-tech game of peek-a-boo at the touch of a button.
Promising a quiet, smooth operation, the UBL can handle a load capacity of over 70 pounds. Packing in a full cable management system, it also has the option for variable speed motors, and can accommodate both VESA-compliant televisions and non-VESA compliant screens.
The UBL can be custom-designed to interface with almost any type of third-party control system. It also comes standard with support for IR, RS-232 and Contact Closure.
The Under Bed Lift is currently available via authorized Future Automation dealers.
