Judas Priest will be the first full “Rock Band” album offered this month. Leather apparel is optional.
Think you’ve mastered enough titles to call yourself king of “Rock Band?” Well, “you’ve got another thing comin’”...
That Judas Priest classic and a slew of others will soon be available. Reuters says that MTV will sell full albums that can be downloaded and played with the popular video game.
Judas Priest’s “Screaming for Vengeance” will be the first title offered, for $15. Individual tracks will cost $2 each. The self-titled first album by The Cars will be offered in May, with The Pixies’ “Doolittle” coming in June.
I love all three albums, but the $15 price tag might be a bit hard to swallow considering each one can be found in the bargain bin of any music store for like $8. Air guitar is free, baby! Guess it’s a nice option to be able to keep the music—and game—alive.
Judas Priest’s “Screaming for Vengeance” will be available for the Xbox 360 on April 22. It should pop up in the freshly redesigned PS3 store two days later.

Electronic House is now available in a digital edition. Learn more.
