Draper’s Fine Art for FlatScreens tapestry hides your flatscreen TV
Not wanting to show off your flat-screen TV is becoming more of a desirable decor option these days.
Screen manufacturer Draper is weaving its spin on the design option with its Fine Art for FlatScreens, which will cover your wall-mounted flat screens through 50 inches diagonal, the company says.
We’ve seen the tapestry thing before, as a beautiful, ornate way to hide that big plasma or LCD within your living room. More often, though, the concealment comes from more traditional artwork, like solutions from Vutec, VisionArt and Media Decor.
The Draper offering features 39 Jacquard woven tapestries, as well as custom-woven PictureWeave tapestries from digital photos. Draper says you can also work logos into the full-color tapestries.
The Fine Art for FlatScreens features a fascia that extends the tapestry up to 9 feet from the wall, and it too can blend in with your decor because it can be painted or finished, and wood fascia is offered too.
Then when you want to watch the football game or movie, hit a switch and the motorized tapestry scrolls up to reveal the screen. Presto!
