Disney’s Ultimate Wall-E Remote-Controlled Robot includes the original voice from the hit movie.
If your kids are whining for all kinds of ”Wall-E” toy tie-ins, just cut to the chase and get the little guy.
Engadget says that the Ultimate Wall-E Remote Control Robot can sing, dance, play music from your MP3 player, bat those big blue eyes, and avoid obstacles. He also has a programmable infrared remote, which allows you to create and coordinate more than 1,000 action sequences.
Kind of funny: Many took the movie “Wall-E” as an environmental message. After all, “Wall-E” stands for Waste Allocation Load Lifter - Earth-Class. However, the toy Wall-E has a warning that it “contains a chemical known to the State of California to cause cancer, or birth defects or other reproductive harm.” That warning is on a lot of items, but it still doesn’t seem right, does it?
We’re guessing that you’d never see that sort of thing from the ”Short Circuit” robot, but this guy’s probably a lot cheaper and less annoying. The Ultimate Wall-E Remote Control Robot is available for pre-order if you’re ready to slap down the $249. Just don’t expect it to ship until October 16.
