Pandigital is pushing ahead of the digital frame pack with the new Pandigital Kitchen TV/Digital Cookbook/Digital Photo Frame.

The poorly named multitasking product combines a digital photo frame, a high-def TV and an electronic cookbook, all in a single 15-inch LCD. Load some pics of your mom, her mac-and-cheese recipe, and it’s the next best thing to being there!

Designed to mount on the wall, under cabinets or sit on the countertop, the frame boasts a 1280 x 720 resolution, plenty of preloaded recipes, 512MB of internal memory, and an instant connection to Google’s Picasa photo website.

The added features are neat hook that could separate this product from the rest of the picture frame pack. Also, we’re guessing that the June release date is no coincidence; just in time for Mother’s Day.

What will one-stop shopping for mom cost? The Pandigital Kitchen TV/Digital Cookbook/Digital Photo Frame will retail for $400 a pop.
