The WiiWare section will also allow developers to release original, smaller-scale games not available at retail.
Wii like to party—or at least we will fairly soon. Nintendo’s highly anticipated download service, WiiWare, finally has a few details and game titles.
The gaming manufacturer just announced its first titles that will be available for download: “Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles,” “Pokemon Bukojou,” “Star Soldier R,” “Mojipittan Wii” and “Doctor Mario.”
Even if they aren’t offering your favorites, Gaming Today says the downloads will be cheaper than retail games, so you probably wont be able to help yourself.
And since we already have your attention about Wii, Wii Fit will hit Japan by December 1 for $75—whee!
WiiWare is scheduled to launch in March 2008.
