Delphi certainly knows how to come out swinging. After their recent problems with the FCC, they are now showing off the SKYFi3 for XM Satellite Radio.
There are plenty of SKYFi units, but this one is the first satellite receiver that can expand its internal memory (and there’s up to 10 hours of that) via external memory cards.
Another notable highlight is that the unit has a 30-minute pause/replay function that automatically saves the last 30 minutes of whatever you were listening to—even if you change the channel.
It’s also in a smaller, slicker looking package, which you can show off as a portable for an extra 50 bucks for the Live Wearable Kit. It sounds geeky, but looks very cool!
Put the device or the portable kit on your Christmas list; it will be out just in time, on December 1.
