I find myself in a perplexing situation sometimes. I often recommend Blu-ray players and deals, but very rarely recommend anyone buy a Blu-ray disc.

The truth of the matter is, after being a devoted DVD buyer for several years and watching my collection grow north of 1,000 titles, I simply fizzled out on the concept of owning content en mass. I end up looking at a beautifully organized DVD cabinet taking up the better par of a wall and realizing how infrequently I actually watch a disc. I guess my brain is just wired for new content, not churning through all of my old content. 

My main content source has become Netflix, mainly through mail but also Watch Instantly. I also augment with titles from Amazon On Demand and catch up on old TV through Hulu, Crackle and the network websites.
