Onkyo’s TX-SR876 AV Receiver
August 20, 2009 by Stephen Hopkins can be a great place to grab Onkyo electronics ... when you know the code.

With coupon code “RECEIVER819720” you can currently pick up a new Onkyo TX-SR876 AVR to get your home theater rocking.

The SR876 is a robust THX Ultra2 Plus certified AVR with strong (and legitimate) 140w x 7 amplifier section, high-resolution Burr Brown DACs, Audyssey MultiEQ XT room-correction, HQV Reon-VX video processing, and ISF video calibration settings.

It also has 4 HDMI 1.3 inputs, and 2 outputs (great for multiple zones or TV & projector in one room).  All surround audio codecs are supported including Dolby Digital, DTS, TrueHD, DTS-HD Master Audio, along with PLIIx matrix surround processing.

Don’t get scared when you see the $1699 MSRP listed on the product page.  Just apply coupon code “RECEIVER819720” once the item is in your shopping cart and you’ll see the total drop to $979.

If you use PayPal you can save an extra $20 on top of that!  You can find refurbished SR876 AVRs for slightly less, but this is the lowest price I’ve seen for a new SR876 from an authorized dealer with the full 2-year warranty. This deal expires on August 25, 2009.
