Have you been holding out on buying that Blu-ray player because you think the discs cost too much?
They may not be down to the likes of $1.99 HD DVD bargains at iNetVideo.com yet (though you can find some pretty cheap Blu-rays there too), but there always seems to be deals going on for you to bulk up your high-def collection.
Today’s deal (via High-Def Digest) would net you a couple of great demo material discs for less than $20 bucks, and ones that score high on the re-watch-ability meter so they don’t just collect dust on the shelf. Amazon has Ocean’s 11 for just $7.99 and Batman Begins for $9.99, ideal for that big projection screen setup of yours.
With the news that Christopher Nolan will be on board to direct a third film in this latest Batman series, it’ll help for you to see Batman Begins and The Dark Knight first.
And if you don’t have a Blu-ray player yet, you may want to poke around on Amazon because those prices are dropping too - leaving you more dough to spend on movies.
