Earlier this month, we selected Samsung’s BD-P1500 ($299) as one of the 10 Blu-ray Players with the Best Value.

The deal just got sweeter because three major online retailers (and reportedly others) are throwing in “The Ultimate Matrix Collection” - for free. The 10-disc box set is scheduled to be released October 14th and it comes with an MSRP of $129.95 (You can find it online for about $90).

A quick search revealed the following pricing for the BD-P1500: Amazon - $223; Best Buy - $299; and Circuit City - $249.

You’ll have to act fast. Amazon pulls their offer off the table on the 18th. Best Buy and Circuit City are likely to sell out quickly.
