You probably spent a lot of your gaming budget on Christmas presents. Sure, it makes you a good son, but that doesn’t fulfill your need to thrash opponents around the globe.
Well, Amazon wants to reward your goodwill, with a deal on Xbox Live. If you can squeeze $30 out of your wallet, you can score 13 months of Gold service. That means you can tap into content the day it’s put up, play all of your multiplayer-enabled games online, and use voice/video chat. Amazon typically sells that length of service for $50.
Of course, when you run out of witty barbs for competitors, you can use the membership to tap into your Netflix account or the Xbox 360 Video Marketplace, which includes music videos, movies and tons of TV shows, such as “The Office” and “The O.C.”
Scarf one up now while it’s cold, snowy, and you still have an excuse to hang in all day. The deal should be done around the end of the month.
