Hmmm… you are correct that the name of the new product is the Stinger Plus. However, according to the company…
“The Stinger Plus is a complete computer arcade system, miniaturized and built into a two-player joystick controller.”
AND
It is “an arcade system that is small enough for any installation design including over 150 classic arcade games already downloaded with the same performance as the large uprights!”
It includes all of the games on the product’s site. It does, however, need a monitor.
I am going to double-check with the company on the price, as well as your other concerns. Thanks!
where would you get games to put on it…..... like roms??
There is a DVD slot!
I checked with the company on the Price already, and I don’t want to post it here, but they are more than happy to tell you if you email them. I will say that it is easily 3x more expensive than the Stinger unit. The guy I talked to is named David, he’s a great guy.
Thanks for the tidbit, Andrew!
I just love it ..... well i don’t have any doubt about your articles… your articles are awesome… Honestly you are simply the best. Thanks for sharing this with us.

It’s hard to imagine life without remote controls, but it’s been a long, strange path to the modern incarnation we know and love today.
This article is incorrect, the price listed is for the Stinger, but the article describes the Stinger Plus. The Stinger is just a joystick unit that plugs into systems via USB—it does not have the built in computer or games, etc. The Stinger Plus is significantly more expensive.
