No, this is not an “official” theatre created by Paramount/CBS/Viacom.  He bought the console props at the Cristie’s auction, and the rest was custom-built for him by a designer of home theatres.

Why stop there, why not get all Trekkies to contribute to building a real USS Enterprise and make a giant hotel and fun arcade or even some type of attraction in a field somewhere? Land is cheap out there where farms are struggling.

Make a town where all businesses are from a Star Trek theme or world.

Create Klingon warships or others and have a business lease it.

Trekkies never die they all breed more and more fans.
