I hope they fixed the bugs in this one!

overrated no doubt

Overrated yes, limited functionality yes probably.  But similar wow factor to a Crestron system for 1/10tht the price.  Most people will be able to cope.

Personally i prefer real buttons to on screen buttons, i dont like having to surf through 3 different sub menus to find the button im looking for just because the display can only hold so many commands.  The customizable feature does sound like it might have potential.

I had 3 1000 plus others from, I promises myself not to get another Harmony , as the ones I had was terrible. I can’t imagine
this one be any better, not enough effort put into the 1000 at all.
the touch screen very slow and most of the time unresponsive
perhaps they should invest in more accurate tech like Apple does. good tech support as long you can understand what they say.

I give two snap down and a big circle.

i hope they stop trying to make remotes,

I love my harmony remotes. I have an 880 for living room and a 890 for bedroom (rf function).  I am not a home theater snob or pro.  It works great for me.

So this is basically the 1000 but with RF capability?  I’ll be watching this one.

Seems exactly like the 1000 except that it’s BLACK in color and has a higher screen resolution.
The 1000 had many problems. Maybe this is aversion that works???

I have a 1000 and a 890.
Both seem to work good for the most part.
Sometimes there is a “missed command” but few and far between.

And for the record the 1000 has always been RF.

The 1000 has RF capability already…..put a clock in there already..

I just ordered this one and believe me it had better be good or back to the seller it will go.  I need a good remote for my home theater set-up.
