Send up the bat signal! There’s a gorgeous house for sale in Rancho Santa Fe, California, and it’s got a superhero-themed theater inside.
You don’t have to be Bruce Wayne to buy this house, but it would probably help. That’s because it’s got a Batcave-themed home theater room. Just so you know, this is not one of the many Batman-themed rooms that Electronic House has featured in the past, but it’s certainly a good one.
The 7,000-square-foot house was rebuilt in 2008 to add more space, as well as a solar energy system.

Other features include six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a saltwater lap pool and spa, a gym off the master suite, a new wine cellar, and a super-cool game room (see below). There’s also plenty of outside space to practice your superhero moves, with a gated yard, trail access, and more.
Oh, and even if you aren’t Bruce Wayne, you may need his bank account. This house is currently listed for $3.7 million. [via Estately]

This isn’t the first Batman theater we’ve seen. Check out this concept by Elite Home Theaters and this completed Dark Knight theater here.
