Buffalo’s new LinkStation Pro models allow iPhone users to tap into stored content.
Need something else to do with your iPhone? Instead of adding a bunch of bizarre apps, Buffalo Technology wants you to access that wealth of digital entertainment you have brewing at home.
The new LinkStation Pro is a NAS (network-attached storage) device that can house all of your photos, videos, music and other important files. It can also be an iPhone user’s best buddy. The unit includes Web Access 2.0, which allows users to access and download any stored content via any web browser.
Other features for the LinkStation Pro include a Heat Sink chassis, a faster processor, two USB 2.0 ports, and Active Directory Support.
Compatible with PCs and Macs, the LinkStation Pro will be available this month. Choose from 500GB ($209.99) of storage or 1TB ($299.99). Each model includes a one-year warranty, with 24/7 tech support.
