There’s a reason Boxee has developed a pretty loyal fan base—the software maker keeps delivering. Even when it hits the occasional road blocks.

The company announced its latest updates at a meetup—with hundreds in attendance—in New York City, and the media aggregation is looking sweeter every day, especially for those who’ve got it streaming to their big screens via Apple TV.

The big partner additions are Pandora and PBS. The Boxee interface will allow you to indulge in your favorite self-created radio stations, playlists and new music discoveries via the popular Pandora music website.

Also at your fingertips is a new PBS app that pulls together the latest videos from your favorite public TV station’s programming.

And remember when Hulu asked to be pulled from Boxee last month? Though Boxee managed to finagle the public RSS feeds for some Hulu watching, it also announced at the meetup that it has added what’s essentially a browser functionality that can simply take users to the Hulu website, and they can take it from there. Hulu can’t exactly stop that without pulling the plug on its own website.

If Pandora’s not enough for you, another radio name was added to Boxee’s repertoire as well—a RadioTime app. Not quite the cache Pandora carries in the webosphere, but RadioTime gives you Internet radio listening to thousands of global web radio stations. Not too shabby Boxee—what’s next?
