There’s certainly no shortage of Bluetooth speakers. However, some are better than others. Boston Acoustics is hoping that you’ll proudly display the new MC100 Blue Wireless Bluetooth Speaker on that tabletop.
The MC100 Blue has built-in Bluetooth support, so users can stream audio directly from any smartphone, tablet or other Bluetooth-enabled device. No Wi-Fi is needed!
Besides the Bluetooth, the MC100 Blue also has near-field communication (NFC), so users can pair certain devices with a gentle tap. Other features include aptX technology, 3.5-inch drivers, BassTrac circuitry, and a blue LED volume bar.
“In response to the rapidly growing number of people who have discovered the freedom and convenience of listening to their favorite music wirelessly, Boston Acoustics’ designers and engineers developed the MC100 Blue, using leading-edge Bluetooth technology to create a high-quality speaker system that enables wireless streaming from the widest range of wireless-enabled devices including mobile phones, tablets and computers,” said Danielle Kohler, product manager for Boston Acoustics. “The MC100 Blue is a new type of high-performance music system designed for today’s music lover that integrates easily into any home and doesn’t break the bank.”
Boston Acoustics is packing this 5-pound speaker with its own remote and an MSRP of $149. It’s shipping now.
