This week is all about aliens—both good and bad.
A few of this week’s Blu-ray releases celebrate out-of-this-world characters. In fact, we could even argue that Little Shop of Horrors is one of them. Although we can certainly appreciate a good intergalatic contest, the must-have Blu-ray for the week is pretty clear. E.T.: The Extra-Terrestrial snags this week’s spotlight.
Steven Spielberg’s classic has come to Blu-ray, and it’s an absolute treat. Besides the beautiful story, this release offers a nice little viewing experience, with a restored image, a 7.1 DTS-HD Master Audio track, and a hearty collection of extras.
Besides the aliens, we have a bit of Hitchcock, a Disney classic, an ab-tastic Tom Cruise, and much more.
