For every great winner, there’s a runner-up. Second place. The silver medalist. All of those terms apply to our Honorable Mentions.
Don’t get me wrong, there are some fantastic gadgets, games and home theater accessories on this list. Logitech’s Squeezebox Duet, a whole-house music solution is hailed for its ease of use. Did you really think we’d forget about the iPhone? Of course not. And then there’s the tiny Mino video recorder.
If home theater is your thing, we shower some love on DirecTV’s HD DVR, Panasonic’s Blu-ray home theater system and Polk’s new Surroundbar. For those more design conscious, there’s Carada’s slick masking system and Salamander’s Jump Seat ottoman.
Fear not gamers, there’s something for you too. Everyone has a little Guitar Hero inside them.
