Furniture is usually a necessary evil when it comes to your entertainment setup—not evil because it takes away from a system (in many cases it enhances the looks, and the practicality of a setup)—but evil because of the hours-long investment you need to put a stand or cabinet together.

Bell’O International hopes to change all that. The company’s adding to its aesthetically pleasing A/V furniture line the WAVS-333 HDTV cabinet, with the icing on the cake being a patent-pending tool-less assembly design.

Apparently it’s all put together easily through a latch system, and Bell’O must be pretty confident in the design because this one’s sturdy enough to hold a 46-inch flat-panel TV on top of its 46 x 22 x 26 inch dimensions.

For your audio and video components, you should be able to stow up to four pieces or more, depending on your setup.

They’ll be nicely hidden behind the bronze tinted, tempered safety glass, window-pane sliding doors. The WAVS-333 cabinet itself has a European brown finish, and it’s retailing for $499.

Now where was that tool-less assembly on all the other myriad pieces of furniture I’ve put together over the years?
