Last year, Bang & Olufsen was packaging up some very slick speakers with its 65-inch BeoVision 12 plasma HDTV. If you’re already partial to your big screen, however, you can still have these stylish speakers. The company just made the BeoLab 12 line available for purchase.

This digital speaker line includes the BeoLab 12-1, BeoLab 12-2, and BeoLab 12-3 speakers. Because there are three models, you should be able to find something to fit your specific application. Also, the BeoLab 12 is designed for use in a surround setup or if you just need a cool pair of stand-alone speakers.

All three models have 6.5-inch CosCone woofers (two for the BeoLab 12-3), separate ICEpower amplifiers, and a funky deisgn that can be hung upside down or right-side up—depending on your choice on the acoustic lens. The BeoLab 12-3 (480 watts) and BeoLab 12-2 (320 watts) also add in patented Acoustic Lens Technology. New floor stands are also available for each speaker.

“The BeoLab 12 collection is all about flexibility,” says Dave Zapfel, product manager of Bang & Olufsen America, Inc. “The Bang & Olufsen household wants pitch-perfect audio whether they’re watching a film in surround sound or simply enjoying their favorite playlists. BeoLab 12 speakers are designed to sound and look great, without the bulk of traditional speakers, and the three different sets all work together seamlessly both acoustically and aesthetically. On the wall or on the new floor stands, the possibilities to create the perfect sound design for any room just got better.”

The BeoLab 12-1 is available with a fabric front, in both silver or white. The BeoLab 12-3 and BeoLab 12-2 have aluminium and white options. The BeoLab 12-3, BeoLab 12-2 and BeoLab 12-1 are all available now. B&O has priced these speakers at $4,613, $3,120 and $2,950, respectively.
