These high-end computer speakers come with a stand-alone amp and two satellite speakers cranking 55 watts each. If you really want to cheese-off your co-workers, you can opt for the subwoofer ($179) as well.

Other features include a frequency response between 100 and 20kHz, and a USB plug to power and play iPods.

Choose from seven finishes; synthetic models are $349, high-gloss synthetic run $399, and real wood will cost you $559.
