Auton Motorized Systems display solution
Auton Motorized Systems recently introduced some additions to its automated display lift solutions—a multifunction controller and a counter flip-up.
The multifunction controller is newly designed, all-in-one control box that can receive RF, infrared and low voltage remote signals without reconfiguration, the company says. The control box’s adaptability increases the options for your professional installer without requiring additional equipment.
The control box features three significant improvements over Auton’s previous control box, the company says. The remote control comes with two preset buttons that can be used to program the television’s position into memory, like preset seat positions in automobiles, Auton says. The control box also offers an RS-232 option so you can control your PC through the flat-panel television screen. Finally, the remote now has four distinct directional control buttons, replacing a toggle switch in the older version.
Auton’s counter flip-up lift might be what you’re looking for if your computer workstation needs a space-saving storage solution. This lift is installed below the surface of a workstation or table and can accommodate laptop computers and flat screen or slim monitors. When not in use, the lift recedes down flush with the work space surface. It can also be locked down for added security, Auton says.
