Got a grudge against the Geek Squad, Dell, and all of the other companies that have been offering in-home installation lately? AT&T is there for you.
The company just announced AT&T ConnecTech, a “home services care program” that offers home theater installs, home network help, random tech support, repairs, and more, across all 50 states.
Aside from the wide range of service, AT&T says you don’t even have to be one of their customers to enjoy their service. That’s a nice perk. Heck, with the competition, they just might pick up your cleaning too—if you ask nicely.
AT&T ConnecTech is available over the phone as well as in your home—with next-day service available seven days a week. We’re guessing that pricing might vary, but the company is quoting the costs for specific services, with PC/home network phone support starting around $69.
There sure are a lot of new install services out there. GhostBusters notwithstanding, who would you be most likely to call?
