Looks like ATON is certainly on the right track. They just announced Storm, a line of ceiling, in-wall, LCR home theater, and outdoor speakers. One of those has to cover your needs.
They boast that the speakers are made of materials not common to speakers in this price range. Not sure what those are—maybe gingerbread? That would really rock.
We do know that the in-wall and outdoor models feature ATON’s unique waveguide pivoting technology. The in-wall and ceiling models have 1-inch pivoting tweeters. The LCR models are available in two configurations: ceiling and in-wall.
The ceiling and in-wall models range from $139 to $379, with the outdoor units going for $249 to $479. The LCRs are $379 to $429.
