Last week, we told you about the Stucck shopping app. Now, leave it to Walmart to one-up the shopping process. The company just launched Shopycat, a Facebook app designed to pick gifts for the top 10 friends on your list—or at least on your Facebook account.

Once you like the Shopycat page and launch it, the app analyzes your Facebook data to determine your top 10 friends. So in other words, if you spend most of your time talking with someone that you haven’t seen in over 20 years, expect them to be on this year’s Shopycat gift list.

After Shopycat picks your most worthy gift recipients, it takes a peek at each of those friends and their Facebook pages, and recommends gifts based on interests, hobbies and other information shared through Facebook. Another option is that you can search a topic, and Shopycat will choose friends that have those interests, along with a few gift options. You can also browse top selling products by age and gender, for friends not on Facebook (or not sharing any info).
