The countdown is on to get a good Christmas gift. We definitely have friends and family that have yet to start their holiday shopping. Yikes! If you’re in that camp, or just need to pick up a few last-minute purchases, check out Goodzer.
Goodzer is a shopping app that will scan local stores for potential purchases. It covers some of those larger retailers, such as Walmart and Best Buy, but will also check out smaller shops.
Type in your search terms (“DVD player”), and the app will scan for everything that’s out there. You can sort and filter results by price, distance and store name. It also provides the Amazon price, so you can see if that store price is worth it. If that answer is yes, it even has directions to the store.
According to Goodzer, the app has product info on about 2 billion items.
