The company’‘s new AMX ViewStat Color Communicating Thermostat not only lists the current temperature, but gives you the sweaty (and sometimes chilly) details that are right around the corner—and it’s all in color.
Other tidbits include readings for humidity, indoor and outdoor readings, and more.
Sure, you can put your fashion fate into your local weatherman’s predictions, but can he save you some money? AMX can. This unit is both Energy Star- and California Title 24-compliant, and can even be set up with four temperature set points for each day of the week to further reduce energy usage.
The ViewStat Color Communicating Thermostat will be available in January 2008.
