Amerec’s handheld controller communicates via rf to control temperature, chromatherapy lighting, and even the optional fragrance injector pump!
Looking for control of the steam bath without drilling into the walls? Amerec debuted its K200i Freedom control at K/BIS in Chicago last week. You can power on and monitor the temperature of your steam bath while brewing a cup of coffee in the morning.
The handheld controller communicates with a sensor mounted to the wall inside the shower using radio frequency signals. Operating range is 50 feet. No cables are required, making the control system a perfect fit for retrofit projects where homeowners don’t want to drill into marble or tile.
In addition to controlling steam functions, the K200i manages chromatherapy lighting, an optional fragrance injector pump and an air circulation system. Programmable preset settings are available for two different users.
Price of the controller is $1,200 and it is scheduled to arrive in stores in July.
This JVC projector offers more onscreen pixels than most, and a THX mode.
DPI, Sunfire and SnapAV deliver high performance at a reasonable price.
