Sharp debuted its Aquos Advantage program
If customer service has been a frustrating experience for you with electronics—yep, we’ve all been there—Sharp wants to present an added reason to grab its Aquos LCD as your next TV purchase.
The company has bowed its Aquos Advantage program, which it says will provide enhanced service for customers who own or purchase a 42-inch or larger Aquos. That service includes expanded customer support, priority repair services and a password-protected membership web page with comprehensive info about their products.
The service is free, and consumers can register by calling toll free at 1-87-SEE-AQUOS or logging on to www.sharpusa.com/aquosadvantage (check back if web link isn’t up yet). Customers who have already registered with Sharp are automatically enrolled and don’t need to register again.
Other benefits include special promotions for extended warranties, installations and accessories, and next-day business scheduling for priority repair service, the company says.
