We know, we’re all upset. “Avatar” came out today and it’s not in 3D. Guess we won’t be seeing the Na’vi fight for Pandora in 3D at home any time soon.

But since it’s Earth Day, we want to honor those who are fighting for our planet—by being green.

While some consumers are apt to purchase green products, we’ve rounded up those who have gone beyond. These consumers have some of the greenest home installs we’ve featured, including an energy-efficient, sustainable home, solar-powered home theater, and a home that reduces vampire power.
