A homeowner in Carmel, Indiana, is selling his single-family home. However, you’re going to need to be a special kind of buyer to get the keys to this 16,326-square-foot Mediterranean estate.
First of all, you’re going to need about $5.5 million, the homeowner’s current asking price. The home was assessed last year, for $3.1 million—which includes the land and all of the improvements.
That hefty price probably has to do with all of the amenities, such as four bedrooms, five full bathrooms, three half-bathrooms, and the Star Wars-themed bar.
Wait, what? Yes, super-fans will love the ode to this sci-fi classic. If you ever find yourself with guests that don’t get it, the house also has a Chicago Rush Street-themed bar, a sandy volleyball court, and a massive humidor.
Of course, no Electronic House would be complete without a home theater. It looks like the room has a slew of nifty goodies, although we’re not entirely sure whether the Alien and the Predator are part of the asking price.
