It’s almost Valentine’s Day, which most certainly means a romantic movie marathon. You could sit there and wince or cry (c’mon, some of you most certainly do). However, we prefer to daydream about how to make each movie slightly better—by introducing a little technology.
Studios are adding 3D into newer movies, with some even planning 3D-enhanced re-releases. Sadly, not too many romances are in 3D, unless you count “Piranha 3D.” (Yes, we kid.)
Disney is hoping to change that to some degree. The studio announced plans for 15 Blu-ray 3D titles this year, including the very romantic releases Tangled and Beauty and the Beast. Maybe a few other studios would follow suit? Here’s our love-filled wishlist.
