Apps. We love ‘em.
They keep us occupied in waiting rooms, on subway trains and during long-winded lectures. They’re handy for picking out paint colors, choosing a place for dinner and finding the cheapest gas for your car.
And with more than 85,000 to choose from, there’s an app for every type of iPhone and iPod touch user.
The next time you’re at the Apple App Store, check out some of the downloadable goodies that can help you manage, monitor and control the electronic devices in your home. There are plenty of them.
From your trusty iPhone or iPod touch you’ll be able to see what’s going on at home while you’re on vacation, turn off the lights during your commute to work and set up your A/V gear for a movie. And that’s just the tip of the iceberg.
