With HD DVD now a fading memory and Black Friday less than two months away, many consumers are gearing up to make the switch to Blu-ray this holiday season.

And if there was any doubt about that fact, look no further than Sony and Samsung’s recent $100 price reduction on their respective entry-level players. With big name machines now selling for $299 (or less) and Memorex’ recent unveiling of their $269 player, it seems as though the consumer electronics industry is betting that many of you are dreaming of a Blu Christmas and a happy Blu year.

With that in mind, here’s a round-up of the Ten Best (Value) Blu-ray Disc players you’ll find in stores this winter.
